How far would you go to help a friend? To save a child? To find a cure? On November 1st, 2010, nine men and women will set out on an unprecedented 40 day journey, circumnavigating the globe by jet ski to raise awareness and support for families battling to overcome an even bigger obstacle − the fight against cancer.

The Children’s Inn at The National Institutes of Health and the National Cancer Institute will be the primary beneficiary of Quest 40 Cure’s mission to cure cancer and raise awareness about the significance of bone marrow donors.

The Children’s Inn at NIH is a residential “place like home” for children and their families. Children come from across the country and around the world to stay together with their families in The Inn’s healing environment while receiving groundbreaking medical treatments at the NIH, the world’s leading biomedical research center.
